What is your character's in-canon ambition?

In canon? He had sworn revenge on his father. To bring down society and kill the man who neglected and hurt him as a kid. To the point all he wanted was to make the man suffer before killing him.

[CRAU ONLY] Concerning their ambitions, has your character gone through change in their canon or CRAU? If so, what drove them to change?

Yes. In Labyrinthum? There was a fourth wall event where his father Enji showed up and he had a confrontation with him. Where they talked things out and Toya got his closure with him, to the point where he no longer wants to kill his dad. Other such people, like his brother, Hawks, BB and even a counsellor named Maruki helped him sort through his issues and he’s mellowed out a fair bit. Determined now to be a Villainous Hero and a bit more on a better path.

Who or what is your character's greatest weakness? Something - anything, that serves as their Achilles' heel.

Essentially himself. His body is damaged from the accident on Sekoto Peak that nearly took his life at the age of 13. He has a dulled sense of pain and touch.

If your character encounters a problem, how do they handle it?
Firstly? He’ll run his damn mouth while being snarky, but if talk won’t work? He has no problems in using his flames with ease, but now with a delicious little dash of ice if non-lethal force is being used.
What is the deepest truth your character refuses to acknowledge? What lingers in their unconscious self? Do they fear it, accept it, or avoid it? Would it shatter everything they believe in if it unravels or is unveiled??

Essentially it’s that he doesn’t actually hate and despise everyone around him, and that he does actually has friends. He doesn’t want to completely accept it because it means he’s actually close to people and gives an actual fuck about them. It also means accepting that he fully has to deal with the death of Jin Bubaigawara (Twice). Yes it would hurt him if he actually has to accept this truth and reality face on as he has spent so long pushing everyone away. Telling others he doesn’t give a fuck about anyone but his own goal and ambitions.

If your character finished their Journey, do you feel that they would be satisfied at the end of it? Ironically enough, he did find out he in-canon, did supposedly achieve his goal and he was happy about finding out this information. He was content with this at first, but after he had his closure with his dad and discussed things with other people in Labyrinthum? His feelings on this are now conflicted and he also no longer has resigned himself to death anymore, having been given a reason to live. Someone to live for.. 1. Would you step on top of someone else in order to get to where you needed to go?

[ Toya sighed, closing his eyes as he considered the answer he wanted to give, eyes looking away once they did re-open. Following this with a casual shrug as he leant back in the chair. Feeling annoyed he has to actually answer but whatever. Might as well get it all done with. ]

Hm. I have before. I don’t have a problem doing so again if I need to. Depends on the situation, I guess.

2. Do you care about Love? Can love save people, change the world, or is it ultimately damning and troublesome? And if you find it troublesome, are you still passionate about it?

[ He raised an eyebrow, about to walk away from this but something nagged at him. When he finally did answer, his voice was soft and uncharacteristically gentle as his gaze turned upwards. His hands put into his pockets as he answered, a foot tapping against the floor. ]

Normally i’d say I didn’t give a shit about love but… guess I had a change of heart. Found someone who changed my perspective and.. Hm. Saved me, for what it’s worth.

What aspect of the group interests you the most for your character?

Gotta say, i’m excited about engaging with the story, and I love how the setting is so immersive! I also love the whole concept of the keys + bringing a piece of their reality in with them!!

Please explain your character's CRAU journey in one short paragraph.

He arrived without his powers, had to deal with shit without them. Then he learned how to socialize with people, accepted a lot of his flawed shit and even had a moment where he got closure over his daddy issues. He’s become a better person since learning he could become a villainous hero.
