I understand the concept, but I've never done it. I do mean never, not even when I was a little kid. Wasn't room in my life for it. A couple of minutes to sit and eat in peace is about all I can manage.

I had the opposite problem of yours. If it wasn't me just eating by myself, it was listening to everyone else chatter and that got annoying quickly. Some were worse than others.

Fortunately, I think I can be helpful just about anywhere I go.
